Urban Hiking Tour

See the iconic sites of San Francisco’s northern neighborhoods in this urban hike that takes you from city sidewalks to park trails ending at a local favorite brew pub* in a lesser-known neighborhood in time for happy hour.

Time: 1pm, 3 hours; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Distance: 5 miles, 400ft of gradual elevation gain, 20-minute-per-mile walking pace (we’ll adjust for the hills!)

Sites: Palace of Fine Arts, Presidio Tunnel Tops, Yoda statue; views of Golden Gate Bridge, Crissy Beach, city skyline, and Alcatraz

Cost: $49/person public, private tours $350 for up to 8 guests

Group size: 8 people; children 12 and under not permitted

Starting point: Little Marina Green, directly accessible via the 30 Muni bus line; this is a point-to-point hike–the ending point will be different from the starting point

Logistics: Rain or shine; bathrooms available along the route; good walking shoes needed but no hiking gear; layers recommended as the weather is unpredictable
